Kimberly Laipple joined Scientific Search in February 2009. She earned both her BS in Management and her MBA at Rowan University. Her long history of staffing management within the medical industry quickly proved to be a valuable asset. Kim’s dedication to not only achieve success, but also exceed it, is evident in her becoming a Vice President within 10 years of joining us. She has also won the “Top Producer of the Year” award 4 times so far, and it is just one of the many reasons we are so proud to have her on our team.

During the years that Kim has been with Scientific Search, she has developed a loyal client base and successfully placed hundreds of people in Clinical and Commercial operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D and Analytics as well as many other areas in pharmaceutical and life science companies.
Kim not only demonstrates leadership to our team and the staffing industry, but also in her philanthropic endeavors. Through her non-profit organization, Furever Free, Inc., she raises funds to help families in financial crisis keep their pets in the home.
