Ava graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts and a Minor in French. After pursuing her managerial and marketing career in non-profit theater companies in Philadelphia such as The Wilma Theater, Walnut Street Theatre, and Kimmel Center, Ava discovered her passion for recruiting.
A people person, with a love of communication and research, Ava channels her prior experience into building relationships with clients, candidates, and team members alike. Her skills from what she has learned throughout her career has brought her quick success here at Scientific Search - as is evident in her earning Senior Recruiter within the first 3 months of joining us!
