Service Technician
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Overview: To calibrate and repair electronic products from customers worldwide. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to work well with others and adjust to varying work demands while balancing demands of customer requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an environment of continual improvement using Lean tools.
  • Responsible for describing the quality policy and goals, your contribution to quality, and the effects of not observing requirements
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot products for needed repairs
  • Communicate and interact with customers and global service partners as needed
  • Perform incoming product evaluations
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical assemblies
  • Possess the ability to perform/execute calibration and test procedures in accordance with ISO/ICE 17025- 2005 accreditation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package and the ability to understand and learn corporate ERP system

Requirements:

  • Prior electronics service repair/calibration experience, technical degree or certification required
  • Ability to read schematics and follow work instructions.
  • Must have working knowledge of basic test equipment (Multimeters, Signal Generators, Power Meters, Network Analyzers, Frequency Counters, RF Generators and Spectrum Analyzers)
  • Proficient soldering skills
