My client is seeking a senior scientific leader to connect histopathology, translational biomarkers, and digital pathology—turning scientific evidence and sophisticated image analysis into meaningful recommendations for research teams and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead histopathology, biomarker, and tissue-based scientific programs
Research literature and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Guide assay development, validation, troubleshooting, and study interpretation
Develop quantitative image-analysis workflows using Visiopharm or comparable platforms
Lead small cross-functional teams and customer scientific discussions
Strengthen SOPs, quality systems, and scientific operations
About You
Ph.D. in Pathology, Biomedical
Expertise in histopathology, tissue-based assays, biomarkers, and scientific interpretation
Skilled in literature evaluation and evidence-based recommendations
Scientific project leadership and strong customer-facing communication
