Program Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

You will be responsible for an amazing program for the study of human tissue for specific research objectives. This will be a fascinating and highly impactful program.
Some things you will do in the role:
- Manage the development and training of staff on SOPs including authorization, biospecimen recovery, labelling, packaging & shipping and ELSI TR survey completion.
- Work closely with 24/7 Fulfillment Department to monitor OPO screening and recovery, and shipping activities.
- Manage and schedule monthly meetings with OPO’s to ensure the TPC OPO network is accomplishing their key objectives and milestones.
- Oversee TPC biorepository, including managing biospecimen requests
Some things you will bring to the role:
- PhD degree in Life Sciences preferred; or MS degree in Life Sciences with 4 years of previous experience work in a healthcare/biobank or biomedical setting.
- Experience in reporting and the management of NIH-supported grants and projects
- Experience in training or teaching scientific materials.
- Strong understanding of pathology, genetics, human anatomy and current biomedical research techniques.
