Location: Philadelphia, PA | Hybrid (Wednesdays in office)
Join my client in a highly visible role connecting oncology research with pharmaceutical industry partners. You’ll help advance complex clinical trials from development through closeout, bringing together scientific, operational, and industry stakeholders to move important cancer research forward.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate pharmaceutical industry activities throughout clinical trials
Support contract negotiations, scopes of work, budgets, and deliverables
Track timelines and industry-partner commitments
Manage industry portal submissions and protocol updates
Coordinate international participation, drug distributors, and vendors
Develop and deliver presentations on collaborations and study status
About You
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience; RN and/or RPh/PharmD preferred
Oncology clinical trials expertise
Knowledge of clinical operations and business development
Experience with grants, budgeting, contracts, and protocol development
Knowledge of NCI/cooperative group trials and pharmaceutical partnerships
