My client is seeking a dynamic Director of Educational Programs to lead the creation and execution of groundbreaking educational initiatives that empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing strategic educational programs for patients and professionals.
  • Overseeing content creation for live, digital, and print educational materials.
  • Moderating educational sessions and building engagement with the mission.
  • Recruiting and managing relationships with program faculty and reviewers.
  • Supporting fundraising and stewardship activities with pharmaceutical partners.
  • Representing the organization at scientific and clinical meetings, providing real-time updates on clinical studies via social media.

About You:

  • Hold an advanced degree (MS, MPH, Pharm.D., or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Have extensive oncology experience, with a focus on hematological malignancies.
  • Possess excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
  • Be high-energy, self-directed, and able to integrate quickly into the organizational culture.
  • Enjoy engaging with the target audiences and speaking live.
