As a new Scientific Search Employee, you will be eligible to participate in our Medical Benefits Insurance program. We do not offer coverage for dependents at this time.
Eligibility begins on the 1st of the month after you have worked for 60 calendar days. If you waive enrollment in the plan when you are first eligible, you will not be allowed to enroll until the next Open Enrollment on August 1st unless a life event occurs (loss of coverage or life change).
You may be eligible to purchase subsidized health insurance through the state sponsored Exchange.
Scientific Search offers a 401k savings plan. Employees are eligible to participate in this plan after one year of employment, beginning on either January 1st or July 1st. Scientific Search will match 100% of the first 3% of salary deferral plus 50% of the next 2% of salary deferral.
